The following terms of service (“Terms”) apply to all customers of J Hawk Security, including those who use our website and those who request quotes or services from us. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services Provided
J Hawk Security provides security guard services for residential, commercial, and event properties. Our services include the placement of trained security guards and the use of advanced security technologies, such as surveillance cameras and mobile patrol systems.
Payment Terms
Customers agree to pay the fees for security services as agreed upon in their contract with J Hawk Security. Payment for services may be made by bank transfer, cheques, drafts or other approved methods, as specified in the contract. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their contract with J Hawk Security at any time by providing written notice. Any fees for services already rendered will be due and payable upon cancellation.
Liability
J Hawk Security is not responsible for any damages that may result from the use of its services, including but not limited to damages to property or personal injury. Customers are responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for their properties and events.
Amendments
J Hawk Security reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting.
Governing Law
These Terms and the use of J Hawk Security services shall be governed by the laws of the Government of India.
